This was only the second ride he went on and we decided to leave - feeling it wasn’t very safe. When I got to my kid I found the thin lap belt was not on. The attendant didn’t immediately notice and all the parents standing around screamed for the ride to stop. His head was inches from the platform as it spun. My son was pushed over the edge as he looked over and was hanging from the ride as it went around. The second ride he went on was a white capsule that spins and pushes the rider to the side of the car. We then went to ride the rides and our day turned into a nightmare. We visited the park for the dinosaur portion, which we enjoyed. Maybe we were too early in the season and these things items will not be an issue.
There should be a sign clearly showing the way. Gave it 4 stars because the price is high, the bathrooms in this part are gross, and directions to the dino valley not very good. No masks required for anyone as it's all outdoors. A great place to let the little ones run and learn and get fresh air. $10 for tshirts and like $15 or something like that for hoodies! NO tshirts or hoodies in our little kids' size. Souvenirs for this part of the whole park really, really reasonable. It apparently had it's own entrance at one time, but now you have to hunt for it in the Magic Forest Park. There was no toilet paper and they weren't clean.
The bathrooms in this part were disgusting. There is a live show, but the girls couldn't sit for it. Each dino is motioned sensored to raar, move, breath, blink. You can hear them roaring all through the woods which really gives the feeling of being immersed in the dino era. They carved a flat path in the woods and placed lifesize dinos all throughout. The hefty price includes both parks, but I feel it was worth it.
